Annual General Meeting

Scouts AMG is at 7pm this coming Wednesday night 30/3/16.

We need a secretary.  Its not a hard job, you just need to type up the minutes of meetings.  The format for the minutes is already in place.  We also need another persons input on the committee, someone with fresh ideas.

The committee meets once a term, on a week night.  Meetings take about an hour. Our treasurer is staying on for another year, and Im here for a while (Im the Group Manager / President).  But we need a Secretary and just more people to attend to have input.  Anyway, give it some thought and email/ring me if you interested.
