Coffs Harbour Scout Group - Annual Report Presentation - Tuesday 20 April 2021

 

Dear Parent, youth member and supporter,

You are invited to attend our the Group's Annual Report Presentation (ARP). The presentation will be held on Tuesday 20 April 2021 from 6.30pm - 8.00pm then supper. This will be instead of usual section evenings.

The night will kick off at 6.30pm sharp and will include reports from the Parent Support Group and Leaders, and a presentation from each section. We aim to complete the formal part of the evening by 8.00pm and will then have a small supper afterwards.

This is an important evening for Coffs Harbour Scout Group. We are a volunteer group, and report to all members and supporters on the running of the group and what each section has achieved in the last 12 months. Your support is greatly appreciated.
