Christmas Family Camp - E1s and payment due this week ASAP

Ho Ho Ho tis the season to reflect on a great year of Scouting. Reminder that payment and forms need to be in this week for our Christmas Family Camp. Please distribute to all Leaders and families. Note this is a family camp and duty of care does not rest with Leaders. Parents are responsible for their children. A rough outline of the program is provided below. 

Friday night

Arrive Camp Eagle Eye - report to office for registration - contact Ian Judd

Set up camp site

Christmas drinks at the Golden Dog. 

Saturday

Breakfast - self cater

9:00 Opening Parade - Welcome and outline of weekend

9:15-  - choice of activities.

10:30 morning tea

11:00 - choice of activities

12:00 lunch - self cater

1:00 - choice of activities

4:00  - chill time

6:00-  dinner - self cater

7:00 - movies

9:00 - camp fire - Santa Claus visit

10:00 bedtime

Sunday

Breakfast - self cater

10:00 Families - activities

         Leaders - meeting - break into districts and reflect on year.

11:00 morning tea

11:30 Parents v Leaders v Youth Olympics

12:30 Packing up / lunch

1:00 Closing parade

1:15 Depart for home
