URGENT - CUBS **'Unlimited' - Cuborama** Camp 04/05 to 06/05

Hi Cubs,

Cuborama is coming up fast and registrations are closing on the Friday 06/04. (Under 2 weeks yikes!)

You must register on Campfire if you want to attend.

If you don't register in time I have been advised you will miss out and won't be able to attend. :-(

I will send out a CareMonkey E-form after the registration closing date to all those registered for the camp with more details. (Gear List, payment confirmation details etc.)

Cost of the Camp will be as follows;

$90.00 per Cub (inclusive of Camp fee $50 and Food $40.00)
$70.00 per Leader , Parent Helper or Youth Helper(inclusive of Camp fee $30 and Food $40.00)

Fees for the camp will be required to be paid to Coffs Scouts Group

Camp Fees are due by 15/04. Late Payment of camp fees may result in you not being able to attend camp.

Camp opens at 3 pm Friday 04/05 you can arrive anytime after 3pm with opening parade at 7:00 pm Friday Night.

Closing Parade is at 12:30 pm Sunday 06/05 after which we will need to break camp,  pack , Clean everything up and depart so Cubs need to be collected by 2 pm at the latest.

PARENT HELPERS: We are going to need a few Parent Helpers for Camp to assist with feeding the pack, whilst the leaders are out taking them on Activities and running our Base. If you are able to assist please contact me to let me know so I can do up a roster. Please ensure you email me at cubs@coffsharbourscouts.com.au prior to registering on Campfire so we don't over cater for assistance
