Hi Everyone,
Coffs Scouts will be attending the Grafton Canoe Regatta from Friday 27th
Feburary to Sunday 1st March.
This will also give the Scouts to have 2 nights under canvas for those that
need it for Jamboree.
The Regatta is a fun weekend for all, it will fun things on the water for
the Scouts. It is a Themed weekend of Pirates. We need to dress up for this as
there are prizes for the best dressed troop and scouts.
We will need parent help to take Scouts to and from Grafton. If you are
able to help please let me know ASAP so we can get it all organised, and how
many Scouts you can take. If you would like to stay for the weekend, you are
more than welcome.
Cost is $65.00 which includes everything for the weekend. Please have
dinner before you leave on Friday.
I need E1’s and payment made by Wednesday 28th January, first night of
Scouts. Please remember to write you recept number on the bottom of the E1 so we
know you have paid the money into account. No reciept number no acceptance of
the form. Remember to fill out the whole form.
